     With a background in collegiate football and over a decade in strength and conditioning, Tony bridges

    the gap between training and therapy.
    His coaching philosophy is rooted in science, effort, and precision — helping athletes of all levels train

    with purpose and perform with confidence.

     Erin brings over two decades of expertise in elite sports medicine and human performance — from Olympic athletes to everyday movers. Her career has spanned the cutting edge of rehabilitation and biomechanics, blending evidence-based care with hands-on precision.

  • Jackie Wescott brings her passion for wellness and her background in health administration to her role as Chief Experience Coordinator at Forever Fit Performance Institute. With a Bachelor’s degree in Health Administration, Jackie combines strong organizational expertise with a client-centered mindset to ensure every visit is seamless, supportive, and rewarding.

    Committed to creating exceptional experiences, Jackie oversees each stage of the client journey, from the first consultation to ongoing wellness engagement. Her attention to detail, warm approach, and dedication to client satisfaction reflect Forever Fit’s mission to help every individual feel valued and empowered on their fitness and performance journey.

    When she’s not coordinating experiences, Jackie enjoys exploring new ways to enhance health and wellness programs that inspire lasting results, reading, and spending time with family.
