  • A: All physical therapy and advanced modalities are performed by a Doctorate-level Physical Therapist specializing in sports and orthopedic performance. Clients are all screened for contraindications or precautions to the modality.

  • A: Forever Fit Performance operates as an out-of-network performance clinic to ensure one-on-one care and unrestricted time with your therapist. We provide superbills you can submit to insurance for potential reimbursement.

  • A:Absolutely. Bentonville is a cycling hub — and we’re built for it. We provide bike fit optimization, VO₂ max testing, and mobility + strength programs for road, gravel, and mountain riders.

  • A: We typically schedule new clients within 3–5 business days. Priority scheduling is available for Combo Package members.
